1. Re-Clean / Satisfaction Guarantee
If any area we serviced does not meet our standard, contact us within 24 hours of service completion with details (and photos where possible). We will return to re-address the specific areas of concern at no additional cost. The re-clean covers the original scope of work only and must be scheduled within 5 business days.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We do not charge cancellation fees. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time, free of charge. We simply ask that you give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to another client and plan our crew's day.

3. Deposits & Prepayments
Most services are paid on completion (Cash, Zelle) or via Pix/bank transfer for Brazil-based clients. Where a deposit is required for large or commercial jobs, deposits are refundable if you cancel with more than 48 hours' notice and non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled date.
4. Refunds
If we are unable to perform a service you've prepaid for, or if a re-clean does not resolve a documented issue, you may request a refund of the amount paid for the affected service. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (or by Zelle/Pix) within 5–10 business days. Refunds do not apply to satisfaction concerns raised more than 24 hours after service or to areas outside the agreed scope.
5. Power Washing — Important Notes
Results depend on surface type, age, and pre-existing damage. Some stains (deep oil, rust, efflorescence, paint loss) cannot be fully removed and this does not constitute grounds for a refund. We will always advise you of expected results before starting.
6. Promotions & Discounts
Promotional offers (e.g., first-time 15% off, seasonal deals, referral credits) cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
