Pricing depends on the service, the size and condition of the space, and frequency. Standard residential cleaning and power washing are quoted up front — for larger or commercial jobs we may request a photo or quick assessment. Contact us for a free quote.

Cash and Zelle (US), and Pix or bank transfer for clients in Brazil. Payment is generally due on completion unless otherwise arranged.

Yes — first-time customers get 15% off, plus seasonal deals and referral credits. Offers can't be combined unless stated.

House & apartment cleaning, move-in/move-out, one-time deep cleans, recurring service, and office/commercial cleaning. Power washing is handled by our CH Elite Washing division.

Driveways and concrete, decks and patios, house siding (soft wash), roofs (low-pressure soft wash), gutters, and commercial exteriors. Results vary by surface and pre-existing condition — we'll set expectations before we start.
